In our continued mission to develop seamless solutions that enhance community-building for brands, Kalder has launched its Shopify plugin, allowing admins to not only member-gate access and discount for products and collections, but now for customers to be able to redeem discount coupons directly within Kalder.

Brands can now offer exclusive products and discounts to members of their brand loyalty program directly on their Shopify storefront, with full flexibility of discount rates and duration of any promotion.

As a live example, luxury streetwear brand partner Les Benjamins has integrated Kalder’s Shopify plugin for their “I FLY CARPETS” collection, a new line of merchandise designed exclusively for members of their Flying Carpet Crew loyalty program. Members of the community can now purchase hoodies, tee shirts, and more that were designed solely for their community directly from the Les Benjamins Shopify-powered website, listed alongside the brand’s broader range of offerings.

The deployment of these integrations is the result of careful testing and recalibration, with a deliberate focus on ensuring that brand partners and community members alike can quickly and easily interface with the plugin.

Kalder will create custom Shopify installation links for its clients, streamlining the process of setting up the plugin for their storefronts. As we guide our customers through their journey into digital rewards, it's crucial that our solutions are user-friendly for all experience levels. This is a key update in integrating Kalder with Shopify, and certainly not the last.

This integration is a pivotal step forward in building Kalder’s robust feature set, offering brands throughout the world programs that increase customer engagement.

Set-Up

As a brand (when you get started with Kalder) you’ll receive a one-time link to install the Kalder plugin to your Shopify store. You and your team can add products and collections directly in your own admin dashboard.

Members-Only Perks

When adding a product or collection, you have the option of selecting “Members Access” and/or “Member-Only Discount”.

• Member-Only Discount allows you to specify a one-time discount (1-100%) for any product, that only members can claim.

• Members Access lets you gate the purchase of any product behind the membership, so only members can add the product to their cart.

This is a great way to grant loyalty members first access to new products, before opening up to the broader community.

Hit “Publish Changes” when you’re done, and that’s it! Your product now has exclusive early access and/or discount benefits ready for your loyal members.

If you want to change or remove a benefit, you can do so at any time.

Benefit Access (as a Member)

At Kalder, our infrastructure enables seamless loyalty experiences for all. Once the benefit is configured on the admin side, customers can visit any product page with the benefit, and verify the validity of their membership by signing into their membership with their email.

Membership holders can immediately unlock their benefits, with discount codes auto-applied to their cart and early access products becoming available to purchase.
